Joel Trocino is the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager of Amici's in Poughkeepsie. Prior to Amici's, Joel has held numerous positions in restaurants and institutions in New York and Florida. He takes great pride in: selecting the finest ingredients, in providing an excellent selection of appetizers and entrees, and in the careful preparation and presentation of each and every dish.
