Abstract: Help a corporate team embrace this key aspect of business. While winning is important, we’ll delve into the true goal of a successful negotiation: “both-grow” outcomes that improve the bottom line and foster long-term relationships for both sides.
Note - Fact: 70% of people prefer to avoid negotiation entirely.
Speaker Bio: John W. Tinghitella
